Users connecting to Classroom service from mobile applications were not affected. From preliminary analysis, the trigger of the issue was an unusually large surge in traffic which caused issues with back end task up-sizing.įor the duration of the issue, some users were unable to connect to Classroom service using a web browser. Google Classroom experienced an issue where some users were denied access to the service for a duration of 1 hour.
